The Post Award Coordinator will develop a library of training modules using multiple forms of media to educate Madison College grant stakeholders on current grant management processes at the college. The position serves as a District resource for financial grant management and a content expert related to advising about grant compliance as it relates to OMB circulars and interpreting allowability related to grant guidelines. This position provides oversight to sponsored projects, including ensuring the terms and conditions of the awards, as well as the College and governmental regulations and related compliance activities are followed throughout the life cycle of grant and/or contract awards. The position provides leadership in the review and development of current policies and procedures relating to the management of grants and is responsible for facilitating decisions to ensure efficient spend-down of awarded grants. This mission critical position helps to streamline best practices to effectively and efficiently manage grants and contracts within the college.
